The options are endless for you to turn your loft into an exciting, fresh and impressive space.

Process for the client

Each new project for Osborne & Richway is assigned its own dedicated project manager. During every step of the project, they will work with you to answer any questions and queries you may have. Throughout the process, the project managers will supervise the building schedule as well as updating you with what tradesmen are doing what at any given time. We find that a weekly meeting on site helps to keep you updated on what progress has been made and what the plans are for the following week. Project managers will also ensure that minimal disruption is into to your day to day lives, providing an excellent service with a high quality finish.

Our Process

One of the team will come to your house for a free introduction meeting, this is where they will carry out a general survey of the floor area in your house. This will allow them to let you know exactly what you can achieve with your loft conversion.

A quote containing full description and breakdown of the works needed will be given to you.

A rough design layout of floor area will also be produced so you can visually see what you are able to achieve.

We will then sort out the Architect drawings which will need to be submitted to the council, as well as full working drawings and structural calculations.

This will be all done in house, and a separate cost of this will be given along with the quote for works.

The team will fully take care of all elements from architects and design, to finish and completion.
